The Anaheim Ducks drafted goalie Elijah Neuenschwander in the fourth round of the 2025 NHL Draft. He had a good year in the Swiss League, and he did give us some scouting on his brother, Jonah.
“So, yeah, he’s a good kid; he’s working on himself. He’s working hard. Obviously, it was a big step this season for him. It was exciting for him to be at the U18s and World Juniors (he played for the WJC team another season this year) for two years; also it was exciting for me to be there together. But I think it’s going in the right way. I stop more than he scores on me in practice. He would say that too.”
The grandfather is a tattoo artist, and Jonah is a guaranteed first-round pick this year, but there’s a lot of season left, so let’s see how he does the rest of the way.
